Charging: Place the ring in its charging case with the contacts lined up, then close the lid. Charge it fully before first use. A full charge lasts about 3 to 4 days.
Cleaning: Wipe the ring and the inner sensor with a soft, damp cloth, and dry it before putting it back in the case. Avoid alcohol-based cleaners and harsh chemicals, which can damage the sensors. Take it off for heavy lifting or anything that could scratch it.

Wear the ring day and night. It tracks your sleep, heart rate and daily activity, and syncs to the free app on your phone, where you can see your trends. It works with both iPhone and Android, and there is no monthly fee. The ring has no screen, so you check everything in the app.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge lasts about 3 to 4 days, depending on how often you take manual readings. The ring charges in its small charging case, so it’s easy to top up at home or when you travel.
Which size should I order?
Use the size guide on this page. Measure your finger in the evening, when it’s at its largest, and match the length to the chart. This ring can run slightly large, so if you’re between two sizes, choose the smaller one. If the size isn’t right, we’ll help you swap it.
How fast is delivery?
Delivery to the UK is free on every order. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days and usually arrive in 5 to 8 business days. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If your order includes a free gift, it may arrive in a separate package.
