You set the time and up to 2 alarms with the button on the bracelet. Switch an alarm on, put the bracelet on before you sleep, and it vibrates on your wrist at the time you chose.
There is no app and nothing to pair, so your phone can stay out of the bedroom.

Charging: the bracelet charges over USB. Plug it into a laptop or any USB wall adapter. A full charge lasts 7 to 14 days, depending on how often the alarm runs.
Cleaning: wipe the band with a soft, damp cloth and dry it well. Avoid soaking it, and avoid alcohol-based cleaners, which can wear the silicone.

At your alarm time, the bracelet vibrates on your wrist instead of making a sound. You feel it, the people around you don’t hear it. You can set up to 2 alarms with the button on the bracelet, with no app or phone needed.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge lasts about 7 to 14 days, depending on how often the alarm runs. It charges over USB, so you can plug it into a laptop or any USB wall adapter.
Will it wake me if I’m a deep sleeper?
A vibration on the wrist wakes most people, but everyone sleeps differently. If you’re a very deep sleeper, try it on a weekend morning first. If it doesn’t work for you, you can return it within 30 days.
Can I wear it in the shower?
It’s splash resistant, so rain and washing your hands are fine. Take it off for showers, baths and swimming.
